Well done Adie, nice to get out pal..... Andy they are beasts and are in great nick. I had 3 today. A couple of frosts now behind us in this neck of woods , I'm hitting some beautiful fish at the minute but I'm just not in your league at the moment Andy.

i went for a few hrs on weds afternoon only had a small jack couple of pounder

ive just discoverd that i can post pictures straight from my phone its loads easier.craig ill have to show you how to do it when i next see you pal.

Wow craig that is an absolutely stunning creature. well jealous I had a day trolling today, 10 takes, landed 7 to about 14lb and missed 2 lost one. Already thinking about the next session lol. ADDICT!!!!!

Been out myself today, 3 jacks all on the 5 lb mark. I think all the big girls have gone on holiday to Ireland to play with Andy lol.😁

Thanks boys - ye, Andys getting aome beauties, I've moved upstream a few hundred yards and hit into a bigger stamp of fish at the moment. That might be worth a try for you idle piker if possible, having said that I suspect you will be leapfrogging pegs anyway . Any afternoon fish yet ?

Btw that gold one was 15 - I went this morn on a recce to a local water where a couple of big ones live. I had only a couple of hours spare so decided to opt for just a spinning rod. The first hour passed without incident and then I got to a likely looking spot and felt sure it would be my best chance of one. Sure enough I soon felt that heart thumping pull and a pike was on. It was the littlest one I have caught for years. 😳 Beautiful but struggled to hit the pound Mark. In fact the next peg produced a far heavier fish of 2pound , a perch !

Great markings on the pike in your res Jake. Adie stick with your instincts 😀😀😀 easier said than done though int it, I'm always on the go trying to second guess them pike ! Andys right ! Addict !

Last one was 1pm so things are looking up. Moved a few times today, caught from 2 out of three swims.

My blank spell continues😐 went on the river,fished 3 usually productive areas,nothing.managed to scrounge some decent lives off a course angler too but still no joy😖

just come back from a day on thames and now onto 5th blank in a row. I'm starting to think i might be s**t at piking after over twenty years!
my mate has just done a week on the broads in a cruiser and had................not one fish! and he does catch a few! maybe its still too warm but i don't know.out sat and sun this week on new water so we will see, hopefully!

One tiny jack today for me. But reviewing my waterwolf camera footage shows five follows, so on the two rods you would guess 10 follows for one take, they are definitely off the feed over here in Ireland. I had to crash through 40mtrs of Ice with the boat to reach open water too. They will go mad when we get a nice mild S/W though so get ready
