Sorry not been on much or posting not been out for weeks now and got a freezer full of deadbait still I was hoping to get one last day before putting pike gear away but with the weather being like it has been its not looking good
Anyway tight lines everyone for your summer ventures and don't forget we have a section for other fish apart from pike so you can still visit the site through the summer and tell us how you are getting on
Cheers everyone

Re: Anybody Catching part two
Sunday was my last trip of the season. My mate and I had 3 Jacks each so at least we didn't blank. It's not been too bad a season - I had 90
Pike biggest 17lb so for the second season I missed out on a twenty. I've fished 12 different places, 3 new ones which were all blanked on but
at least the weather was kind to us - not too cold or wet. So, here's looking forward to next season. Hope you all enjoy your summer of fishing
whichever sort you choose. Tight lines.

think I have had my best year as in numbers , but not a clue how many , don't really count them
think my best was 17lb 12 oz. or something near there....had a few good fish from my boat venue , but not putting pics on as of yet
as it is not being hammered as a boat venue....

Re: Anybody Catching part two
Well done on the seasons totals guys, great results
Psion not only did I not sell any of my boats lol, I actually got yet another fish finder to help me stay on the water. Its a lowrance Elit ti2 with side scan and genesis mapping, the pike will have nowhere to hide next season i hope lol, Roll on October Ps I was 50 and it was a gift from the wife, maybe she wants me out of the house more

Re: Anybody Catching part two
You could be right mate lol, you know what its like trolling for 10hrs and nothings happening, its great to watch the finder and see features and shoals of fish, it keeps the mind alert
Re: Anybody Catching part two
Well well well, the images were astounding, and the mapping OMG And it lasted a full two whole hours before it broke i dont think that at €525 an hour thats great value replacement on the way so fingers crossed this ones a bit more reliable.
