lefty ,can take you to a pond where you can catch a few .my first was 3lb an was well chuffed people say they dont fight as good from lakes/ponds well they do there.they just peel line of an swim in circles. now my best is from river trent at just under ten.took 3 mates an they all caught a ten plus first visit.me still carnt manage it.if you get chance have a crack at them mate

Hi Everyone, i do believe i am your first "lady" member. This is my second Pike season and im not doing bad PB Pike 12lb 10oz. I am in my first match on sunday. Looking for new ideas as my hubby, although a Great teacher is a bit stuck in his ways,im sure a few of you will understand this as im Mad Bads wife.

Have a good look round, give us your input and ask for advice when needed either from me by running over the road or on the forum. Everybody seems a good bunch of lads and friendly enough.

A fair few local lads on here. You may even know some if only by site cos there's some of them from the village. Come on lads, show your faces at Tyram if everybody can agree on the date. I've read the posts since I've been away and it seems to be coming together on it's own really.
