Re: Anybody catching?
Well done deadbait I was going out today but my local river was not fit
I got a list of D.I.Y jobs from the boss, earned enough browny points for at least 4 days fishing

Re: Anybody catching?
i was on my local tues, wed, thur, with very little to show for my efforts, 1 small jack and three dropped runs "very frustrating" oh and i had the coppers down telling me i had been reported for fishing on a nature reserve,,,, so i informed them that it was no longer a nature reserve as i had been in to the council and asked to see the protection order. they couldnt show me this as it hadnt been renewed since 2002 so the nice officers went on there way and left me in peace" since it was -1 and they only had short sleeves on,think they were feeling the cold haha" anyways think that was my last trip b4 xmas as i will be workin my ass off.....

Re: Anybody catching?
A 20lb Pike is a benchmark fish and a very good one at that! Some never catch a 20+ fish, something to be proud of mate
