Did an afternoon session today with one of my lads, we had 4, 2 each, biggest went 17.6 also a 15.8, a 15.2 and a 7 pounder...... I will try and get some pics on . Cheers

hope to get out this weekend, mind you said that last weekend ... is there only me who works on here I think these lot on here are pro pike fishermen or guides with the amount of weekday fishin going on :evil jealous again......

This 12lb fish was the biggest of four fish we caught yesterday.

looks a nice spot mate ...well in....... thought you were matt hayes for a second

Had my first pike outing of the season today only one graced my net and one dropped run but its a good start
I still think its too warm lol well I did see about 12 sand martins flying down the canal where I was fishing
Think they must have taken a wrong turning lol thought they would have all been well on their way to south Africa by now

Anyway here's my pike at 9.9lb not a monster but its a good start



And here it is on the mat

just got home first day out on the res..had five biggest was 11lb poind and my best man had 3 best fish 10 lb we had a very mad hour between 12 and 1 pm 6 or 7 fish been taken mostly jacks but a cracking day. i do love this water and its really close which makes it even better.will post pics later

we had other fish hooked briefly  but they were being very finniky  just nipping at the lures

our phil had a fish about the same size  no big fish showing yet
