Re: Anybody Catching
I went for a few hours today and managed about (i lost count tbh) 30-35 pike between 1 and 9lb and about 50 perch between a few ounces and 1lb...
All fell to the same method....
Shame it was whilst helping a mate net his syndicate and not rod and line
Still it was good fun none the less and i have a good stock of deads for the coming sessions too

Anybody catching
Had a couple of hours on the local lake yesterday, sunny conditions with a temperature of 19 degrees, fished a crankbait in a jack pike pattern and was lucky enough to have a 9 pounder, followed by a really angry 14 pounder that smashed into the lure just as I was about to lift out of the water. That's the beauty of fishing the lure.

Me and Sithee had 5 hours on a local Lake on Wednesday, the weather was overcast with light rain showers, we started by 8.00 am and by 9.00 Sithee had seen some action, the water was crystall clear and we could see our baits even though they were about 3 meters below the surface, Sithees first was lost when it took him into some reeds it wasnt long before he landed a fish of about 8 lbs then we had a bit of action for a couple of hours, we landed two Pike each, only small 6lbsish bit good fun and very welcome we know there are some big girls in this lake so we will be back
